How to save your life with the help of your body, friends and your heart

A friend of mine shared with me a story about a woman who was diagnosed with breast cancer, and her mother told her to make sure she had everything she needed to live her life to the fullest.

I have no idea if this is true or not, but if it is true, then it is definitely one of the most important life skills you can teach your children.

She said that it was really important for her to understand how her body and her mind worked together to make everything possible.

This story inspired me to share with you the 10 best tips I have found to teach your kids to be good at their body and their mind.

Keep it simple.

I think this is the most simple advice I can give.

If you want your kids and their friends to be healthy, you need to make them simple.

The first thing you should do is to create a little space for them to play.

Make them sit in the chair next to you and make sure that they can turn their head to the right or left or even the right side of the room.

You can also have them stand on the edge of the bed, and they can walk around on the floor.

This will help them focus their attention on your body and your thoughts.

It will also allow them to keep their thoughts focused on you and will help you to keep your thoughts to yourself.

Ask them what they need to do in order to help you.

The first thing I recommend is that you let them put their clothes back on and clean the house for you.

Make it fun and make them feel special.

Make the household a “normal” place.
