Another respondent, who was asked to speak to the HR manager, said: “I just want to make sure I get the right information and to make a decision.”
One person, who had not been offered this job, said, “I feel like there are so many things that are not right with this person.
I really need to understand why they are not getting the right answers.”
It seems that job hunters don’t have a good idea of what they want from HR, but there are some things HR professionals can do to help them manage their relationships.
They can talk to HR to see if there are any issues that might be affecting their relationship with the HR team.
This may be important to someone who is unhappy with the work, and wants to know how to improve it.
There are also ways to try and get in touch with people at the HR.
You can call them and ask if they have any concerns about the HR process.
