I had a great experience at Wendy and I’ve never looked back.
The only downside to working there was the hours and the hours were hard.
You’re working so much and the schedule was so strict, I never thought about quitting and just stayed the course.
After that, I was never tempted to leave.
I’m glad I went, but I’m still very happy to be a part of the Wendy’s family.
I’ll never forget my first day as a new employee.
My first day on the job, I got the call from my boss and asked if I could help him with something.
I was like, ‘I’m not going to be on the first shift!
Why would I help?’
I was super nervous and nervous.
I remember being nervous and I got scared and didn’t know what to do.
I didn’t even know what I was going to do or say.
I felt like a fool and I didn, too.
But then I got on the phone with my boss, who was super cool and I think it really helped me understand why I was nervous.
After my first week, my boss said he was going back to work and that I’d have a great new job.
I just kept going to work, every day.
Wendy’s, like I said, is such a family-oriented company and they have a lot of pride in the people who work there.
When you go to work every day, it’s like being in your home for the rest of your life.
They want you to be there.
If I ever want to move, I’ll have to be with my family, so that’s one of the reasons I’m here.
I hope to be able to stay here for the long term.
I’ve been lucky to work at Wendy for so long.
I can’t wait to retire there.
