WellStar, the company behind Netflix, will add 10,000 jobs to its operations in the country over the next three years, according to its president.
It will also hire 10,500 new employees from across the country to further expand its global footprint, said Rajesh Kumar, senior vice president, operations.
Kumar said that the company will be expanding its operations, bringing new teams to India to help it achieve its goal of being the largest digital content destination in the world by 2020.
WellStar will also focus on expanding its digital platform, which will be rolled out across multiple platforms, including smartphones and tablets.
The company, which has more than 300 employees, has plans to hire 50,000 new employees over the coming three years and will continue to work on expanding the global footprint.
